Description

This is part of our "Bioinformatics BootCamp" series.

Workshop Description: Next‐Generation sequencing is quickly becoming the platform of choice for genomic analysis. JMP Genomics has incorporated a number of functions for working with mRNA‐seq data. Many of the functions are similar to those used in traditional expression analysis. Learn how to Map and generate counts, import mRNA‐seq data (counts) and carry out mRNA‐seq analysis including data filtering, normalization, Anova and differential expression.

The c3 Bioinformatics team, in conjunction with theHMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows, is offering 2017 Summer Bioinformatics Bootcamp. The hands-on workshops will be held between June 08 and August 30, 2017

Bootcamp completion certificate is awarded for those who attend at least 70 % of the workshops.
